Trace Schwartz, Manager

Trace has over ten years of experience in asset-based lending. Trace is responsible for leading complex survey and recurring field examinations. Trace established our West Coast office, providing our clients with additional service capabilities in the region.

Before joining Beacon Lender Services, Trace served as a Field Examiner with Jefferson Wells Lender Services group. Prior to this, he was a Field Examiner with Bank of America Business Credit. Trace began his ABL career as an Associate Account Executive, also with Bank of America Business Credit. (Trace is based in San Diego, CA.)


Steven J. Dall, Senior Examiner

Steve has over eighteen years of experience performing field examinations and healthcare financing for various financial institutions. He is responsible for leading all levels of survey and recurring field examinations.

Before joining Beacon Lender Services, Steve served as Supervising Senior Examiner, Collateral Consultant and in Healthcare Specialty Finance with Evergreen Collateral Consulting, LLC. Prior to this, he served as a Manger for the Jefferson Wells Lender Services group. Before going to Jefferson Wells, Steve served as a Senior Field Examiner with Bank of America Commercial Finance and Finova Capital Corporation. Steve has over ten years of additional commercial lending experience with Banc One Capital Funding, Merchants National Bank and American National Bank. (Steve is based in Indianapolis, IN.)


Edmund A. Skalski, Senior Examiner

Ed has over twenty years of experience in the ABL services industry as an examiner, Audit Manager and Director of Field Examination for various financial institutions and outsource firms. He has managed an entire field examination department of over 40 examiners, and has performed complex new business surveys and periodic examinations with a particular focus on problem accounts.

Prior to joining Beacon Lender Services, Ed was VP and Chief Operating Officer at SB Capital in New York where he was responsible for scheduling, report review and billing. Prior to SB, Ed was VP and Director of Field Examination at PNC Business Credit in New Jersey where he established internal examination policies and reported directly to Senior Management. Ed also worked at Deloitte & Touche in New York as Senior Manager and at LaSalle Business Credit in New York as AVP / Audit Manager. (Ed is based in the New York / New Jersey area.)


Kevin J. Munn, CPA, Senior Examiner

Kevin has over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry as a staff accountant for Price Waterhouse, a tax accountant for Robert L. Burchfield, CPA, and Controller for Contemporary Furniture Designs Ltd. Kevin then ran his own CPA firm from January 1986 through February 1996. Kevin has over 12 years experience in the ABL and factoring industries.

Before joining Beacon Lender Services, Kevin was a Senior Field Examiner for Capital Business Credit, LLC where he performed recurring and survey exams and assisted the Audit Manager with exam reviews and setting scopes and also conducted in-house fraud seminars. Prior to CBC, Kevin had a similar role as Senior Examiner at GMAC Commercial Finance, and before that worked as a Field Examiner at The CIT Group, Inc. (Kevin is based in Charlotte, NC.)


Lisa Pavone Jones, Senior Examiner

Lisa has over five years of ABL experience and an MBA from the University of South Florida. Lisa conducted collateral and financial field exams for major banks, asset-based lenders, factors and institutional investors for transactions ranging from $1MM - $150MM.

Lisa was most recently with Lender's Consulting Group where she routinely trained a nationwide team of examiners in complex Excel calculations, shortcuts, and formulas to improve examiner productivity and lender satisfaction. Lisa also sourced and placed senior secured transactions, led business development initiatives and transaction underwriting besides performing typical ABL and factor field examinations. Prior to that, Lisa was with MOD Ventures, LLC where she performed a variety of duties including creating pro forma financial statements, statistical models, business plans and investment proposals. Lisa started her career with GATX Capital where she headed due diligence investigations for investments in U.S. and international emerging growth enterprises. (Lisa is based in Tampa, FL.)


Edwond A. Grier, Senior Examiner

Ed has over eighteen years of experience in the financial services industry as a Senior Field Examiner and Relationship Manager for various financial institutions. Ed's background is in financial analysis and reporting in the asset based lending, middle market and factoring arenas. 

Ed served as a Senior Field Analyst for Wachovia Capital Finance and prior to that, served as Assistant Vice President with Bank of America in Atlanta, GA. Ed was responsible for coordinating, managing and performing interim and new business field exams. Prior to this, Ed was a Relationship Manager at NationsBanc Commercial Corporation in Atlanta and also at Chemical Banking Corporation in New York. Ed has additional experience as a Financial Analyst with Chemical Banking Corporation. (Ed is based in the Atlanta, GA area.)


Lawrence R. Senko, CPA, Senior Examiner

Larry has over twenty years of combined auditing and accounting experience including twelve years of experience performing asset based field examinations for various financial institutions. Larry's diverse experience has provided him with expertise in a variety of industries and various types of facility structures including floor planning, factoring and specialty finance engagements. Larry is responsible for leading all levels of survey and recurring field examinations.

Before joining Beacon Lender Services, Larry served as a Supervising Field Examiner with Evergreen Collateral Consulting, providing services in specialty finance engagements in addition to leading other complex asset based lending assignments. Prior to this, Larry was engaged as a Field Examination Manager for the Jefferson Wells Lender Services group. Larry has also provided ABL services while with Coast Business Credit and for the National Bank of Canada. (Larry is based in Buffalo, NY with exposure in the local Canadian market.)
